Location and access

Its location allows quick and easy access to the coastal highway and the Ayalon routes, which makes driving to Tel Aviv and employment centers convenient.

Prices and plots

According to deals closed through Oren Real Estate, prices in Herzliya B are rising. Plots in the neighborhood are small, about 300 sqm, so the price of land per sqm is high: roughly 20,000 to 23,000 ILS per sqm.

For example, in August 2025 a house on a plot of about 360 sqm was sold for 9.5 million ILS; the building itself is valued at roughly 2 to 2.5 million, and the rest is the value of the land. In January 2026, another plot of land in the neighborhood was sold for 6.8 million ILS.

What to check before buying

Check the renewal status of the building and the street, the nearby schools, and recent apartment transactions on the Israel Tax Authority real estate information site (nadlan.gov.il).
